Tonight, vowing a life of regeneration/restoration, saw me eat a proper meal, do some washing up, watch Marie Antoinette with a sly j and have the longest, most of enjoyable shower of my life. I'm now listening to the new Mogwai album. If I'm not completely rested by tomorrow there's really no helping me.
